Zane Andrews is a seasoned yacht builder and professional sportfishing captain with 15 years of hands-on experience managing new builds and refits. He has overseen more than 15 new Viking builds and brings deep, practical knowledge of vessel systems, finishes, and performance optimization.  

Boating and sportfishing run in Zane’s blood—his family owned and operated the world‑famous Tropic Star Lodge for four decades, where he gained extensive exposure to boat construction, refitting, and the exacting needs of serious anglers. Zane excels at customizing boats to each owner’s priorities, blending functional upgrades, performance tuning, and bespoke interiors to deliver reliable, tournament‑ready vessels tailored to how you fish.
